Za’atar is an herb mix produced from a certain variety of thyme indigenous to Palestine and is used as topping in focaccia, seasoning, or my personal favourite - in salad dressing. 

♡ This za'atar is fair trade and prepared by women's cooperatives in Palestine. All profits from the sale of this za'atar will go to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
