Madeline's Smokehouse Scramble

2 LARGE EGGS
1 TSP SMOKEHOUSE SPICE
1 KNOB BUTTER

Heat your skillet to medium high. Add in the butter and Smokehouse spice and and allow it to fry for about 30 seconds. Add in the eggs and scramble to your desired level of done-ness. 

Note, this can be made with any egg preparation such as sunny-side up or in an omlette. For soft boiled or poached, melt the butter and the spice in a skillet, and drizzle over the eggs.
